Export Support Logs
Schneider Electric Customer Care may request an export of PowerChute logs and configuration files to help identify and troubleshoot any issues. To export the files:
- Select Help > Export Support Logs
- Click the Download Logs button.
- Save the time-stamped log bundle archive in a secure location.
- Extract the archive to view the configuration file and logs.
