Cluster Configuration

In a Hyper-V configuration, you have the option to stop the cluster as part of the shutdown sequence. If the Enable Stop Cluster checkbox is enabled, PowerChute will stop your Hyper-V cluster after VMs are migrated and shut down, and before the PowerChute operating system is shut down. Using the Shutdown Duration field, ensure that you allow sufficient time for your cluster to stop.

Re-starting after a shutdown

The time specified in the Startup Duration field is the time PowerChute will wait before re-starting your cluster once a UPS critical event has been resolved.
